I joined IBA CSULB as a freshman, and the experience was nothing short of amazing as I encountered inspiring individuals, from fellow students to guest speakers. The meaningful connections I made within IBA served as a catalyst for my desire to contribute more actively, leading me to join the board. Progressing from the role of Director of IT to Director of Marketing and eventually President, each position became a stepping stone in my personal and professional development. Each leadership role I embraced served as inspiration, propelling me towards continuous self-improvement and the pursuit of becoming the best version of myself.
